As our self-proclaimed “Chief Solution Specialist”, he enjoys tackling challenges others shy away from and finding practical solutions that keep projects moving forward. Guided by his faith in Christ and his heart for serving others, Landon is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners. ~Kaelyn, the wife of Landon, oversees the administrative in financial operations of one source construction, coordinating projects, managing finances, and serving as primary points of contact for clients. Guided by her faith in Christ and shaped by the joys and responsibilities of raising a large family, she is passionate about serving others with integrity organization, and genuine care. She believes every successful project begins with trust, clear communication, and relationships that last long after the work is complete.

Kaden serves as General Manager, bringing energy, dedication, and a strong work ethic to every project. While one of the younger members of our leadership team, he has developed a wealth of hands on construction knowledge and is continually seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and refine his craft.
